Dosage: 1.5-2 teaspoons of the mixture pour 250ml of boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes, strain and drink. Take 2-3 times a day (depending on the weight or sensitivity of the user). Alternatively, one tablespoon of the mixture can be poured over 0.5-0.7 litres of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes, strain and store in a thermos (with glass insert). Drink during the day in three equal doses. Stir the mixture before use!
