Ingredients. Goldenrod (Solidagovirgaurea-herba), Muira Puama (Ptychopetalumolacoides-cortex), East Indian cherry (Tropaeolummajus-fructus), Blue gum tree (Eucalyptusglobulus - folium). Dosage : Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture (depending on the weight ingested) with 250ml of boiling water, steep for 15 minutes, strain and drink. Take 3 times a day. You can also pour a tablespoon of the mixture over 0.7-1 litre of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 15 minutes, Strain and store in a thermos bottle (with glass insert). Drink throughout the day in three equal doses. Stir the mixture before use!
